An innovation of International Finance Corporation (IFC), EDGE is a green building certification system focused on making new residential and commercial buildings in emerging market countries more resource efficient. EDGE empowers developers and builders to quickly evaluate and compare estimated costs for design strategies targeting reductions in energy use, water use, and embodied energy in materials. The EDGE Technical Workshop will help EDGE Project Teams understand the EDGE standard, utilize the web-based software application, and navigate the certification process. Training will be hosted by Panama GBC and City and of Knowledge and will be conducted by GBCI trainers in English.
You will be provided with a ‘Certificate of Completion’ after attending as well as 8 continuing education (CE) hours for your LEED credential maintenance.
