How it Works is a powerful yet easy to use online software to Create, Promote and Manage any event from Birthdays, Seminars, Concerts, Get Together or any type of event you wish to share with the public or privately with invitation only.

You may create Free, Paid or Donation Tickets and select the price and quantity for each type of ticket.

Login in or create an account for free

Login or create an account with your email address, Facebook or Google+ account.

Start here : CREATE EVENT

Event Details

  1. Click on the "Create Event" button.
  2. Fill in the title of the event.
  3. Enter the location or venue where the event will take place.
  4. Select the date and time of the start and end of the event.
  5. Upload a logo or image of the event.
  6. Enter the description about the event. Be as detailed as possible.


Create Tickets

  1. Select the type of ticket you wish to offer. Free, Paid or Donation by clicking on the icon.

  2. Enter the title and available quantity of the ticket. You may enter as many differnet types of tickets as you wish. For example: General Adminision, VIP, Gold, Platinum etc.
  3. Beside the ticket type you just created, you may press the "settings" icon  button on the right for more advanced options. To delete a ticket, press the delete icon .


  • In additional ticket settings, you may enter a description of the ticket. Choose to display the description on the event page.
  • You may choose to PASS ON FEES (buyer pays fee) or ABSORB FEES. (you assume the fees).
  • Chose the ticket START DATE and END DATE.
  • Enter the minimum and maximum permitted quantity to purchase per order.


Additional Settings

  1. Choose who can see this event.
  2. Public - Event will be shown on the home page. Everyone can view the event.
  3. Private (Invite Only) - This event is by Invite-Only (guests must receive an invitation by you along with the password to attend).

Choose a Design

  1. Select a color theme that best fits your event.
  2. Customize the colors as you wish.

 Save to drafts to edit later or Make Event Live to publish your event.
